A: Our current annual production capacity is 2.8 million TBR tire sets, with ongoing expansion to meet growing market demand.
A: Standard orders are typically shipped within 10–14 days. For large or customized orders, we coordinate a timeline based on operational needs.
A: The MOQ is one 20GP container. We permit mixed sizes and patterns. A 40HQ container is recommended for better shipping efficiency.
A: Quality is managed at every stage—from sourcing premium rubber to using advanced Japanese mixers and VMI builders, followed by a rigorous five-stage testing process (X-ray, uniformity, balance, etc.).
A: Yes. TBR tires can be consolidated in the same container with passenger car tires, OTR tires, wheels, or batteries to optimize logistics costs.
A: For new clients, we generally require a 30% TT deposit with the balance against B/L copy, or an irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
